In the mid 1990’s Michael worked for the very first and pioneering overland specialist delivering exploratory, leisure and fact-finding expeditions for corporate companies, schools, charity based organisations and the general public in developing countries throughout the world.  Often working in extreme and unforgiving environments gave Michael invaluable experience in delivering within pressurised arenas. It helped him understand people, offered exposure to vastly different cultures and the many ways of communicating and getting the best out of people. Over and above this, it has given him an unrivalled knowledge and passion for all the small and distant corners of the world.

Michael continued his career working for a charitable society in London delivering large scale conferences, exhibitions and meetings for the mining and petroleum industry before making the jump agency-side to the live events and sales and communications market place ten years ago.

Since then he has held senior roles working for two award winning agencies in the delivery of over 1000 events and recognition programmes across varied industry profiles to include Automotive, Financial, Pharmaceutical, Recruitment, Logistics, Retail and the Construction sectors.

Michael firmly believes everyone is capable of success with the right encouragement, he also strongly believes that well researched, efficiently implemented communication and integrated live events are some of the most valuable processes a company can complement its primary services with.
