Labour turnover is inevitable. Where it is high, organisations face a loss of knowledge and skills with their ability to meet business objectives coming under threat. However, working environments with very low turnover can become stale and business growth limited.

By engaging your staff with your brand and products, involving them in your business and communicating positively with them you will encourage retention, loyalty and productivity. Morale will be high, turnover low, sick days minimised and costs reduced.
